Acid Hydrolysate of Casein bao gồm là thành phần trong môi trường nuôi cấy dùng cho xét nghiệm vi sinh của vitamin và tryptophan, cũng như nghiên cứu về sự đề kháng của vi khuẩn đồi với kháng sinh, với Sulfamide trong riêng biệt. Nó được bao gồm trong môi trường Mueller-Hinton Agar.
