Thiamine hydrochloride (B1) is a water soluble vitamin, which belongs the B-complex group of vitamins.[1] It can exist both as a hemihydrate and as a nonstoichiometric hydrate.[2] It can generally act like a co-enzyme for biochemical reactions involved in carbohydrate metabolism.[1] Application
