Pullulan is a linear glucan polysaccharide made up of α-1,4-maltotriose repeating units. It is produced by yeast-like fungus Aureobasidium pullulans from starch and has α-1,6 linkages between two maltotriose units.[2] Other Notes
Kit with carefully selected reference materials to calibrate GPC/SEC/GFC systems. The kit contains standards of the same type, but with different molar masses, a certificate of analysis (CoA) for each standard and an example calibration curve with analytical conditions.
The standards need to be weighed before use. Suitable for calibrations in aqueous solutions and DMSO.
