General description
Behenamides are primary fatty acid amides, which belong to fatty acyls subclass containing a carboxamide headgroup and an acyl tail with variable carbon length and unsaturation.[1] This substance is listed on the positive list of the EU regulation 10/2011 for plastics intended to come into contact with food.
