Application
Silicon nitride powder – specific surface area standard reference material (SRM) is intended to calibrate instruments used to measure the specific surface area of materials, falling within a range of 0.1_m2/g to 1000_m2/g.
Features and Benefits
SRM 1900 is available with certified specific surface area.
Certified value is measured using a static volumetric type Brunauer–Emmett–Teller (BET) (nitrogen gas) instrument using a pellet cell.
The NIST certificate is provided with storage, handling, and use instructions
General description
Each unit of SRM 1900 consists of a bottle containing ~ 4g of silicon nitride powder.
