Application
This Standard Reference Material (SRM) is a solution composed of ethanol (ethyl alcohol) in water, with a nominal mass fraction of 6%. It is primarily intended for the calibration of instruments and techniques used in the determination of ethanol.

The certified mass fraction value is derived from results obtained through the gravimetric preparation of the solution and analytical data determined via gas chromatography.
