Tecnazene is a sprouting inhibitor and protectant fungicide used on stored potatoes.[2] It is widely used in controlling rot fungus and molds. Its mode of action involves lipid peroxidation, which leads to the membrane structure and function being disrupted.[3][4] Legal Information
