Maximize your profits by minimizing your product loss.
The Hach BioTector B7000i Dairy Online TOC Analyzer is a maintenance-free solution designed to help you detect product loss, minimize water use, and improve your production processes. Industry studies demonstrate that using reliable TOC measurement can reduce product loss by over 15% in dairy processing plants, with additional operational savings of up to 40% possible by lowering energy and water consumption in treatment processes. This analyzer provides accurate, continuous measurement options to fit your plant’s patented requirements:
The BioTector TOC Analyzer offers configurable solutions to meet diverse plant needs:
• TIC & TOC (NPOC) System: Measures Total Inorganic Carbon (TIC) and Total Organic Carbon (TOC) in liquid samples. This configuration is ideal when volatile organic content is low.
• TC System: Measures Total Carbon (TC), reporting the sum of TIC, NPOC, and VOC content.
• VOC System: Measures TIC, TOC, TC, and VOC. In this setup, TOC represents the combined NPOC and VOC (POC) content.

A unique self-cleaning oxidation technology enables the B7000i analyser to easily handle difficult samples and significantly reduce the maintenance schedule and costs associated with traditional online measurement. The B7000i also comes with a built in self-cleaning sample line and reactor. This enables the B7000i to deliver trustworthy results even if your water contains high levels of fats, oils, greases, sludge and particulates or has pH swings.
