The pre-moistened swab helps preserve sample integrity and supports recovery from both dry and wet surfaces. After sampling, the swab is transferred into the appropriate organism-specific Path-Chek media tube for further detection. The swabs are used with Path-Chek Listeria (PC080), Path-Chek Salmonella (PC020), and Path-Chek Coliforms (PC010).
