General description
Iodosulfuron-methyl-sodium is a systemic sulfonylurea herbicide that affects the activity of acetolactate synthase (ALS) enzyme causing plant deformation, growth retardation, chlorosis and eventually death. It is absorbed by above-ground parts of weeds. This herbicide can also penetrate surface and groundwater as it has high mobility in environment.[2] Other Notes
