Malachite Green-d5 picrate may be used as an internal standard for the quantification of malachite green in aquaculture products using liquid chromatography coupled to mass spectrometry operated in positive electrospray ionization mode (ESI+) and equipped with multiple reaction monitoring mode (MRM).[1]
