Polystyrenes are polymers, which contain styrene monomers. They can be blended as styrene homopolymer, and styrene copolymer can also be created, thereby finding applications in being used as high impact grades, heat resistance substances or chemically stable polymer or light stable substances.[1] Other Notes
MALDI Standards are suitable for the validation and comparison of MALDI-ToF instruments. Certificates provide MALDI spectra including Mw, Mn and Mp values of select narrow polymers, which differ in molar mass and polymer type (polartiy)
This mixed kit contains one polystyrene, one polymethyl methacrylate, one polydimethylsiloxane, one polyethylene glycol and one polystyrene sulphonate, with Mp ranging from ~4,300 to ~6,500.
Each standard is characterized with GPC and MALDI-ToF-MS.
