Tiếng ViệtMicrogen Listeria-ID (MID67) is designed for the identification and differentiation of Listeria species from a single isolated colony obtained from selective or non-selective agar. The system uses 12 standardized biochemical substrates combined with an integrated micro-haemolysis reaction. Following inoculation of the bacterial suspension into the reaction wells, the system is incubated at 35–37°C for 18–24 hours. The reactions are read based on colour changes to generate an identification code, which is then interpreted using the Microgen Identification System Software. The system can identify Listeria monocytogenes, Listeria welshimeri, Listeria ivanovii, Listeria innocua, Listeria grayi and Listeria seeligeri. The integrated haemolysis reaction helps differentiate haemolytic and non-haemolytic Listeria, reducing the need for additional confirmatory testing.
