Monalide is a selective post-emergence herbicide belonging to the class of anilides. It is widely used for the control of weeds in vegetable crops.[1]
Application
Monalide may be used as an analytical reference standard for the quantification of the analyte in apple juice[2] and water samples[3] using various chromatography techniques.
