Nicotinamide belongs to the group of water-soluble B vitamins. It is generally formed from nicotinic acid (vitamin B3). It is available in food products and is utilized for the treatment of pellagra, psoriasis, schizophrenia, and type I diabetes. It is also known for its anti-inflammatory activity.[1][5] Other Notes
