General description
Phytomenadione is a synthetic lipid-soluble forms of vitamin K1, and works as an essential cofactor for the post-translational γ-carboxyglutamate (Gla) residues in several blood coagulation factors.[1] It is used to treat coagulopathies caused by anticoagulant toxicosis.[2]
