The SRM 1884B is intended for use in the evaluation or calibration of analytical methods used for analyzing cements and similar matrix.

General description
Each unit of SRM 1884b contains five sealed vials, each with ~ 4.5 grams of portland cement ground to a fineness that allows it to pass through a 75 µm (No. 200) sieve.
