Plants by HPLC with triple quadrupole mass spectrometry (HPLC-ESI-QqQ-MS/MS) operating in multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) mode.[2]
Tablet formulations[3][4] by reversed phase (RP) HPLC with ultraviolet (UV) detection.
