Simply combine the P/A broth with your 100 mL sample and incubate for 24 to 48 hours at 35 degrees Celcius. A color change to yellow or yellow brown indicates presence of coliform bacteria. Contains MUG (4-methylumbelliferyl-β- D-glucuronide) for quick fluorescence confirmation of E. coli with a UV lamp (such as 2415200). Also available in packs of 12 bottles (2401612) or 50 bottles (2401650).
