CryoKING Screw Cap Microtubes are manufactured from medical-grade polypropylene (PP) and designed for reliable sample handling under low-temperature conditions.
The tubes feature universal screw threads for secure closure and a self-standing bottom for convenient laboratory handling. They can be repeatedly frozen and thawed and are compatible with most common centrifuge rotors.
The tubes are also compatible with standard 1-inch and 2-inch freezer boxes. They can be autoclaved at 121°C and frozen to -86°C.
Brown-colored tubes help protect light-sensitive samples by reducing UV transmission compared with clear tubes.
The tubes are DNase-free, RNase-free, endotoxin-free and human-DNA-free, making them suitable for laboratory workflows requiring controlled sample cleanliness.
