General description
Sertraline hydrochloride is a SSRI i.e selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor. It is mainly used in treating psychiatric disorders.[1] It also is effective in treating hypotension occurring in disorders like neurocardiogenic syncope and idiopathic orthostatic hypotension which is affected by autonomic dysfunction.[2] This product is provided as delivered and specified by the issuing Pharmacopoeia.
