Tembotrione may be used as a reference standard for the determination of tembotrione in tomato by quick, easy, cheap, effective, rugged and safe (QuEchERS) extraction method and dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction (DLLME) followed by analysis using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with diode array detection (DAD),[1] in honeybees by modified QuEchERS extraction followed by analysis using LC and gas chromatography (GC) combined with tandem mass spectrometry (MS/MS),[2] in food samples by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography (UHPLC) and quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry (QTOFMS) with electrospray ionization[3] and in plant tissues as well as water samples by DLLME, matrix solid-phase dispersion (MSPD), and solid-phase extraction (SPE) combined with HPLC-DAD.[4] General description
