TMZ may be used as a reference standard for the analysis of temozolomide in serum and brain tumor samples by micellar electrokinetic capillary chromatography (MEKC)[1], in aqueous solutions by liquid chromatography-electrospray-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-ESI-MS/MS),[2] in active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with MS/MS[3] and in pharmaceutical dosage form by HPLC equipped with photodiode array (PDA) detector.[4] General description
