1) Description
ND11 crimp neck vials are manufactured from 1st hydrolytic class borosilicate glass with flat bottom. They can be purchased with a variety of aluminium seal styles and septa materials.

ND11 crimp neck vials are available in amber or clear version. For use in a broad variety of instruments as GC and HPLC standard vials with a flat bottom. Multiple crimp cap colours mostly available with assembled stopper or septa are engineered to prevent sample contamination while providing consistent, secure seals. Furthermore, push-on snap caps for crimp neck vials ND11 are available.
2) Application
Gas Chromatography (GC): Used to store and transport samples of gases or volatile organic compounds. In GC analysis, the sample needs to volatilize at high temperature, so there are high requirements for the sealing of the vial.
Liquid Chromatography (LC): In particular, High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) analysis is used to store liquid samples. The 9-425 vial is designed for use with autosamplers, allowing for accurate and rapid injection of samples into the column.
Sample Preservation: This vial is also commonly used to preserve chemicals, biological samples, or other sensitive materials for long periods of time, especially samples that need to be preserved under specific conditions.
