1) Description
Pressure Release Aluminum Crimp Caps have a specially designed pressure release mechanism that can automatically release pressure when the internal pressure exceeds the set value, preventing bottles or containers from rupturing or exploding due to excessive pressure.
Ordinary Crimp aluminum caps typically do not have this pressure relief feature; they simply seal the bottle mouth to prevent the contents from leaking or external contaminants from entering.

Pressure Release Aluminum Crimp Caps are typically used in applications where internal pressure may be generated, such as the preservation of samples containing volatile substances, intermediate processes in certain chemical reactions, or any other situation where gas pressure may be generated.
