1) Description
The high-quality green 9-425 open top smooth screw cap, equipped with the septa of various materials, is a closed system specially designed for high-precision laboratory analysis. This unique combination is designed to provide optimal sealing performance and chemical inertness for a variety of scientific research, chemical analysis and storage of biological samples. The green closures are easy to identify, while the double/three-layer structure of PTFE, silicone, and natural rubber ensures the safety and integrity of the sample.
2) Application
HPLC and GC Autosampler Analysis
Open top caps are used where high-throughput sample analysis via an autosampler is required. This design allows the sampler needle of the autosampler to pass directly through the opening in the cap to extract the sample in the bottle without manually opening the vial cap, improving the efficiency and accuracy of analysis.
