1) Description
Laboratory safety is very important to experimenters. Our mobile phase caps are made from high-quality polypropylene with machined PTFE centers. The tubing is held in place with a secure finger-tight fitting, and thanks to the two-part design (the threaded part rotates independently of the center), there’s no more tangling when removing the cap. There is an extra O-ring between the Teflon center and the cover surface to ensure no evaporation. All mobile phase screw caps are equipped with replaceable air check valves. Safety caps are available in GL38, GL40, GL45, GL80, and S60 threads.
Our GL38 mobile phase safety caps are direct replacements to solvent manufacturer’s amber solvent bottle caps, and require no additional adapters. Available in a wide range of port numbers and sizes to accommodate different OD tubing.

Mobile Phase Cap Usage
Purpose: In analytical techniques such as liquid chromatography (HPLC), mobile phase caps are used to ensure safe transfer of solvent from storage bottles to analytical instruments while preventing solvent evaporation and external contaminants from entering the solvent bottle.
Features: Equipped with joints suitable for different pipe diameters and materials (such as PP, PEEK, PFA) to meet different chemical resistance and physical performance requirements.
