1) Description
This autoclavable media bottle features a GL32-threaded open-top screw cap made of high-temperature-resistant PBT, fitted with a chemically inert butyl rubber septum. The bottle is made of 3.3 borosilicate glass, available in 125 mL, 250 mL, 500 mL, and 1000 mL volumes.
Engineered for sterile applications requiring long-term pH stability, this bottle system allows for sampling, injection, or gas monitoring via syringe or needle without removing the cap. Ideal for anaerobic bacterial culture (e.g., Clostridium perfringens, Clostridium tetani) or sensitive media preparation, it supports closed-system workflows where sterility and chemical compatibility are critical.
