Sample Preparation: Add Polyphenols Pack during extraction of polyphenol-rich samples before testing with GlutenTox® assays.

Application: Optimizes gluten extraction from challenging matrices such as cocoa, chocolate, coffee, tea, wine, legumes, berries, and other polyphenol-rich foods. Reduces the risk of false-negative gluten results.

For food samples containing high levels of polyphenols or tannins, add Polyphenols Pack during extraction before analysis with:
