Zone-Free Sealing Films are designed for automated sample handling and short-term microplate storage. The multilayer construction combines a transparent polyethylene top layer with an acrylic adhesive backing to provide a secure seal while maintaining easy sample accessibility.
Each well is positioned beneath an adhesive-free zone, allowing pipette tips and robotic probes to pierce the film without adhesive contamination. This design minimizes adhesive transfer to samples, improves automation compatibility and enhances analytical accuracy.
Clear alignment areas and end tabs facilitate precise positioning on microplates, making the films suitable for high-throughput laboratory workflows.
