Principle: Qualitative lateral flow immunochromatographic assay using the proprietary G12 monoclonal antibody specific for the immunotoxic 33-mer gluten peptide.
Test Format: Lateral Flow Sticks.
Assay Time: Approximately 10 minutes.
Sample Preparation: Rapid extraction using UGES Extraction Solution, suitable for a wide variety of food, ingredient, rinse water, and environmental samples.
Limit of Detection (LOD): 2 ppm gluten.
Storage: Store at 2–8°C.
Application: Rapid qualitative detection of gluten in raw materials, processed foods, rinse water, and environmental surface samples for allergen monitoring and gluten-free verification.

Sample Preparation

Liquid samples: Extract or dilute using UGES Extraction Solution, then immerse the test stick into the prepared sample.

Solid samples: Homogenize the sample, extract with UGES Extraction Solution, and test the resulting extract.

Environmental samples: Collect the sample using an appropriate swab, extract with UGES solution, and perform the test.
