Animal feed – Grinding, acid extraction, centrifugation
Milk, milk powder – Dilution, acid extraction, centrifugation, dilution
- Liver – Homogenization, acid extraction, centrifugation, neutralization.
- Eyes – Enzymatic digestion, centrifugation.
Limit of Detection:
- Urine, serum: 0.15 ppb
- Liver: 0.3 ppb
- Eyes: 0.75 ppb
- Feed, milk, milk powder: 7.5 ppb
