General description
LiChrospher® RP-8 endcapped is a reliable and versatile traditionally produced spherical silica gel carrier with C-8 endapped reversed phase properties. It is well suited for the separation of neutral, acidic and weak basic compounds.
Application
Rapid and simple determination of oxytetracycline in chicken products.: This study demonstrates the application of LiChrospher® 100 RP-8 endcapped (5 µm) in the rapid and simple determination of oxytetracycline in chicken products, offering a practical method for food safety analysis (Furusawa N, 1999).
