General description
Purospher® STAR Si endcapped, 5 µm HPLC columns offers highest separation efficiency for normal-phase chromatography of low molecular weight compounds soluble in organic solvents.Purospher® STAR Si, 5 µm LiChroCART™ 125-4 is a cartridge column which requires a manuCART™ cartridge column holder part number 1.51486.0001. The manuCART™ can be used to hold one cartridge column with or without direct integration of a 4-4 mm guard column. The recommended guard column is Purospher® STAR RP-8 endcapped (5 µm) LiChroCART™ 4-4 part number 1.50249.0001. LiChroCART™ cartridge columns mounted with a manuCART™ cartridge column holder is hand-tight only and have therefore a maximum pressure stability of 250 bar.
