SUPELCOSIL™ LC-18 Supelguard Cartridge may be used as a guard column along with SUPELCOSIL™ LC-18 HPLC Column during the analysis of:
Synthetic food dyes in commercial soft drinks by ion-pair high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC IP).[1]
Drugs in plasma and brain samples by solid-phase extraction (SPE) and protein precipitation in conjunction with HPLC combined with ultraviolet (UV) detection.[2]
Other Notes
Kit includes one cartridge, a stand-alone holder, a piece of tubing, and 2 nuts and ferrules.
