Application
The SRM is a mixture of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in acetonitrile: benzo[a]pyrene (BaP), 1,2:3,4:5,6:7,8-tetrabenzonaphthalene, and phenanthro[3,4-c]phenanthrene (PhPh).I t is intended for use in characterizing the selectivity of liquid chromatographic (LC) columns in separating PAHs.
Features and Benefits
Accompanied with certificate documenting NIST-certified mass fraction values for Benzo[a]pyrene in SRM 869b.
The certified value metrologically traceable to the derived SI unit for mass fraction expressed as milligrams per kilogram.
The NIST certificate is provided with expiration certificate, storage, handling, use, and maintenance instructions.
General description
A unit of SRM 869b contains five ampoules, each consisting of 1.1 mL PAH mixture.
