Features and Benefits
NIST certified concentration values of six perdeuterated PAHs are reported based on the results obtained from the gravimetric preparation of the solution and the analytical results determined by using gas chromatography.
Information Values for Perdeuterated PAHs are provided.
Maintenance and expiration of SRM certification, instructions for handling, storage, and use are provided on NIST certificate.
General description
This Standard Reference Material (SRM) is intended primarily for use as an internal standard, or surrogate internal standard, solution that is used to spike both the unknown sample and the calibration or external standard solution of non-labeled PAHs. A unit of SRM 2270 consists of five 2 mL ampoules, each containing approximately 1.2 mL of a solution of six perdeuterated polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in hexane/toluene (96:4 volume fraction). For more information, please refer to the COA and SDS.
