Application
4-Aminobiphenyl has been used as an analytical reference standard for the analysis of 4-aminobiphenyl in food packaging materials by liquid chromatography-full scan-high resolution mass spectrometry (LC-HRMS).[1]
It may be used as an analytical reference standard for the determination of 4-aminobiphenyl in:
Particulate phase mainstream cigarette smoke samples[2][3] by solid-phase extraction (SPE) and gas chromatography coupled to MS equipped with selected ion monitoring (SIM) mode of detection[2] as well as simultaneous distillation and extraction (SDE) and GC-MS with SIM detection.[3]
Environmental water samples by hollow fiber-liquid phase microextraction (HF-LPME) and microemulsion electrokinetic chromatography (MEEKC).[4]
Indoor and outdoor air samples by GC-MS.[5]
