Application
Acrylamide may be used as an analytical reference standard for the determination of the analyte in:
Environmental water samples using ion-exclusion chromatography-mass spectrometry system (IEC-MS).[1] Cereal-based food products by gas chromatography coupled to mass spectrometry (GC–MS)[2] and reversed phase-high performance liquid chromatography with diode array detection (RP-HPLC-DAD).[3] Potato-based foods by liquid chromatography with diode array detection (LC–DAD).[4]
