Analysis Note
For every lot exact values of particle size and standard deviation are determined with an accuracy of 0.01 μm using a Coulter Multisizer.
Application
Used to standardize and monitor particle size analyzers and surface scanning instruments.
Also used to:
standardize flow measurements of pumps used in lab-on-a-chip and point of care devices[1] characterize counting accuracy and sizing measurements of impedance microfluidic chip[2] optimize time-of-flight secondary ion mass spectrometry (ToF-SIMS) sample preparation based on size-dependent analysis[3]
