Application
Lithium (Li) standardsolution SRM is intended for use as a primary calibrationstandard for the quantitative determination of lithium.
Features and Benefits
NIST certified value of Lithiumis metrologically traceable to the SI unit for mass fraction and expressed asmilligrams per gram and determined using gravimetric preparation usinghigh-purity lithium carbonate and inductively coupled plasma optical emissionspectrometry (ICP-OES).
Expiration details, safety, storage, and useare provided on the NIST certificate.
General description
One unit of SRM 3129a comprises five 10 mL sealed borosilicate glass ampoules. Each ampoule contains a solution prepared gravimetrically with a known mass fraction of lithium. The solution also includes nitric acid at a concentration of approximately 0.16 mol/L. For more information, please refer to the SDS and COA.
