General description
MultiScreen® plates are a reliable tool for advanced drug discovery and life science research. The MultiScreen HTS 96-well filtration plates are used to filter samples and perform entire procedures, from cell growth to scintillation counting within the same plate.
Application
MultiScreen® HTS GV Filter Plate, 0.22 μm, clear, sterile has been used:
in high throughput solubility and redissolution screening for antibody purification via combined PEG and zinc chloride precipitation[1]
to filter Prochlorococcus cultures for hydrogen peroxide measurements[2]
to filter the extracted sample for spectrometry analysis[3]
Features and Benefits
The HTS Filter Plates are specifically developed for high-throughput use with automated work stations.
The rigid sidewalls improve handling and ample surfaces are provided for bar code labels.
The wells are individually sealed to prevent incubation crosstalk and the underdrain is removable for access to the filters.
